The ABC RBS Portal is the official California system for RBS registration, the ABC exam, and certification status. It is run by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. rbslicense.com is not the portal and is not ABC.

What the portal is for
- Creating your RBS learner account
- Paying the portal registration fee (about $3)
- Accessing the official ABC exam when you are eligible
- Viewing Certified status and related records
Private training sites cannot replace those government functions.
Creating your account and registering
Open https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov and follow ABC's on-screen registration steps. Use an email you will still have in three years. Save your login. If the portal shows a fee, that payment goes to ABC, not to us.
After training: taking the exam
Once you have completed ABC-approved training and met portal prerequisites, start the exam from your portal account. Read what to expect on the RBS exam before you begin.
Checking Certified status
After a passing result, look for Certified status in the portal. Employers may ask you to show that status or related proof. We cannot change portal records.
Lost login or certificate questions
Use the portal's own account recovery tools first. For training-access questions on our side, email support@rbslicense.com. For official certificate or status disputes, contact ABC through the channels listed on abc.ca.gov.
